Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam has 11 representatives listed in the QS Asia University Rankings 2023 published by the British educational organization Quacquarelli Symonds.
The highest ranking in Vietnam went to Ton Duc Thang University in 138th place, closely followed by Duy Tan University, Vietnam National University in Hanoi and Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City at 145th, 162nd and 167th positions, respectively.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology is ranked 248th. Hue University ranks in the 351-400 group, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 401-450, and Da Nang University in 501-550.
The remaining Vietnamese universities in the 2022 ranking are Can Tho University and Hanoi National University of Education in the 551-600 group and Ho Chi Minh City Industrial University in the 651-700 group.
With 760 Asian universities, the 2023 ranking of top Asian universities is the largest yet, QS said.
This year, Peking University takes first place. It is followed by the National University of Singapore and Tsinghua University of China.

indicatorsacademic reputation (30%), employer reputation (20%), faculty/student ratio (10%), international research network (10%), citations per paper (10%) and papers per faculty (5% ), staff with a doctorate (5%), proportion of international professors (2.5%) and proportion of international students (2.5%), proportion of incoming exchange students (2.5%) and proportion of exchange students (2.5%)./.
